Just the tip with Mason🎾

Master the split step! Many players unconsciously do a split step just from watching their favorite players. A split step is an essential part of preparing for your shots. Do a small hop as the opponent prepares to hit the ball and land as they’re hitting. Land with your feet wider than shoulder width for a good base. This acts as a reset and ensures balance and proper weight distribution. Split steps also give you faster response times and allow you to react instantly and move in any direction. Try it at your next social tennis!
