Tennis Tips with Mason🎾

Do you know which shot is part of every single point in tennis? The serve! While practicing serves can feel repetitive, it can make a huge difference in your overall level of play. The serve starts every point and sets the tone for how it unfolds. Here are a few tips to help you improve it:

Practice a consistent ball toss, adjusting the placement depending on the type of serve you’re hitting.

Bend your knees and load your back hip to create a strong base and generate more power in your swing.

At contact, rotate your forearm so your racket naturally finishes on the opposite side of your body.

Grab a basket of balls and spend an hour focusing on your serves—you’ll thank yourself later!
